Blackberry Training

My salesperson told me there are training classes for new Blackberry users and to look on this website for the local ones. I am not finding anything about them. Does anyone know where I should look?

Call your local store and ask. They should know where the nearest Device Learning Center is and should be able to make an appointment for you.

Best of luck.

No. But I could use this training to find out how to change the number of rings from 1 time actual ring time (20 seconds) to 2 times ring and 30 seconds actual ring time for my BlackBerry 8830. The reality is that you only get max 20 seonds time you actually hear the ring and 10 seonds used to process the call. I have missed most of my calls because I can't hear the ring. The ring volume is like a bee singing around (you can't hear). If I am lucky enough, I hear the ring. I have very little time left to pick up the call. When I pull my BlackBerry 8830 out from the case, the ring stopped and the call goes to the voice box). It is very frustrating.

I called VerizonWireless Technical Service but I was told 30 seconds is the max length including processing time (10 seconds to process the call). The ring only rings about 19 seconds to 20 seconds if I am lucky. You almost have to hold the device on your hand or put on the desk or table right in front of you to be able to hear the ring and to have enough time to pick up the call without delay to avoid it from going to the voice mail.
