Blackberry curve 8330 & media card

I have a blackberry curve 8330 with a media card, It told me it could not read my card and to format it so when I click the format button in the options menu it freezes my phone and does not format it. I have tired to put it in my computer and it says that the card is encrypted and can not format it. I need it formatted because I ran out of room on my phone! Please help!!

The media card you put in Curve will depend on the O.S. running on the phone. I don't think it's really nessasary to format media card, unless files get all messed up, or card got corrupt. Maybe get another brand new media card that O.S. supports. (No need to format card):smileywink:
