All of a sudden i have lost my connections - everytime i try to go into facebook or any other application, it says i cannot with server.  i can only recieve/make calls and text and those are extremely slow?  how do re-connect?

My Tour did the same thing and I did *228, it fixed it.

i did not work for me, tried it three times

Hi,

I recommend pulling the battery and allowing the device to reboot.  See if that gets it working.  Let me know if this helps.

StreetDocRN is correct. Power the phone off and remove the battery for a reboot then once powered back on try to then dial *228 press send and select option 2.
