Blackberry desktop sync

Do Blackberry's sync data with Outlook?  Or is that just the Palm devices?

How did you get them to sync w/outlook... out of the box s/w or 3rd party? do they sync wirelessly or only when connected to your computer?

You need to install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.  You can download it from Verizon's site, or install it from the CD that came with the BB.  Then you can configure it to sync with Outlook.
