HELP PLZ I just dled VZACCESS MANAGER but dont know what to do i tried to connect

Good Afternoon ~ I know its frustrating having this error!  The only way to fix that issue is to reload the blackberry software on the handheld.   You can try reloading the handheld software from http://vzam.net/blackberry
