Hello,
I bought a new Blackberry Curve from an online retailer. Just curious as to the best way to get it activated in place of my current Motorola Krave. Would it be easier to walk in to a Verizon wireless storefront or to call customer service?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Either way would be good. If you call customer service, do it from a telephone other than the one's you are deactivating and activating. Some times the wait in the store might be a little longer than having to wait on the phone for a customer service rep. I would try calling first to allow them to help.

I prefer the store, because they can check out everything once they set it up, and if there is a problem, then they have it to fix it right there.
