Bought ringtones getting deleted

I've purchased ringtones off of the Verizon tones app very frequently. Just recently, my blackberry has some how only deleted my purchased ringtones of my phone. Also, when I go to the actual app, I can see the ringtones I purchased under the option manage ringtones. I've done a search for the ringtones with the search engine on my phone and it shows they're there but I can't find them in my actual ringtone list to set them as ringtones.
