I recently got a Blackberry 9630. I installed the software on my laptop running Windows 7 Home Pro 64 bit. when I booted the computer it would ask to have the phone plugged in. When I did the computer locked up. It took me 20 minutes unlock and remove the software. Any advise???
I don't believe that Windows 64 bit supports BB desktop manager software. Check www.blackberry.com for info and/or updates.
