Calling plans with data package for Blackberry tour vs BB data plan

Can I use ANY Verizon calling plan with my near future BB tour as long as I have the data plan (29.99 BIS ) ?

 

Or am I limited to a few specific plan(s) for my BB tour with data plan (29.99 BIS ).

 

 Or is it better to bite the bullet and use the blackberry plan with the BB tour

 

Cant really get a straight answer from the chat rep.
