Can't creat new account to setup email

I can't create create a new account to setup an email address on my Blackberry Tour because one exists already associated with the PIN on my phone.  (Setup --> Email Settings--> Create New Account)  I can't sign on to the existing account because I forgot the User name. I tried using my phone number as my User name and clicking "Forgot Password".  It responds "Your password has been successfully sent to your BlackBerry device" but no such message is ever sent (or at least received by me.)

You'll need to get in touch with tech support from Verizon. They'll need to reconfigure some of your settings to allow you to set up a new account or retrieve your previous account information. Unfortunately this can't be done on your own, reps use a tool called the Blackberry Admin Tool which is linked directly with RIMs servers. So give them a call from a seperate line: 800-922-0204 and ask to be transffered to tech support
