Can't receive email on my Blackberry curve

I can receive emails from my one of my email accounts but not my Cox communications account any thoughts on why not?

There is a distinct possibility that you will have to reverify your Cox email account.  If you log into BIS at https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en you will see all the email accounts you have setup for your phone.  If there is a red X next to the Cox account, that states that it needs to be Validated.  It most likely became unvalidated due to either issues connecting to the email server for I believe an Hour or more or you changed your password for the email account and BIS could no longer log in.
