Is there a fix for the fact that you can not text someone who has left you a voicemail without deleting the string of activity between you and the other person? Seems like a bug in Blackberry software, I am using a blackberry tour 9630.

I see that our forum members have not been able to assist you with your post. Perhaps your question is not very clear or easy to understand.
Are you trying to reply with a text message to a Voicemail left on your Visual Voicemail?
Do you have Visual Voicemail feature active?
Are you using a third party Voicemail application?
Does your phone have the latest Blackberry software installed?
Replying to a Voicemail with a text message is not supported on a basic Voicemail feature.

Are you referring to Visual Voice Mail? I know you can send a SMS message in response to a VVM. If so, the problem might be with the VVM software. Make sure you have the latest version by opening the program, pressing the Menu key and selecting Check for Upgrade. Hope this helps,
