Can't use browser on my BB9530 storm

Hi, I'm in South Africa and am owning a BB 9530 Storm; my problem with it is that I can not use browser nor setting up an email because it's asking for a BES Activation Password which I don't have the other thing is a Verizon that prohibits me from using other services from MTN like the USSD and customer service numbers; at first I thought it has to do with my service provider which i have decided to visit and they showed that this has got nothing to do with their SIM card but a phone is a problem and they could not help me with it. Is there any way that I can undo this Verizon because I can't even use my information on the phone it has a number that appears on it as My Number:xxxxxxxxxx which is not my number and there is no way that I can remove it.
