Can't use the blackberry services

Hi Verizonwireless,

I'm a frustrated BlackBerry Storm 1 9530 user.

I bought the phone in the India in 2011 and when I tried to use the BB Services from Idea couldn't connect. The phone was on Verizonwireless carrier but unlocked. But now i am changing my service provider and i am unable to use BB services on reliance India sim card.

I have tried this using three different mobile providers/carriers but all. The host routing table has no entries.

Verizonwireless is there a PIN that I need to activate the data books and BB registration?

Kindly advice.  It is frustrating to have BB Storm 1 without BB Services.
