Cannot access mobile web at all!

I've only had my Blackberry Curve for maybe two weeks now, and five days ago the internet started acting all weird. Whenever I click on the browser, a message pops up that says "there is insufficient network coverage. please try again later". I have a signal everytime I do it, and I've tried doing a lot of stuff. I've sent a bunch of emails to Verizon, I've updated it, reprogrammed it, rebooted the battery. I can't access Facebook or my emails or anything either.

 

Any advice from anyone out there? It'll be appreciated.

options> advanced options> host routing table> menu> register now.

 

setup folder> email settings> menu> resend service books.

 

 

that should get you up and running.

I have been having the same problem all day long. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm not even able to use my VZ Navigator, either.
