Cannot change my email settings

I want my blackberry to leave my messages on the servers but I can't get in to change the settings.  I know I am using the right email address and password.  But it keeps telling me I am not.

I am having the exact same problem....spent hours yesterday trying to figure out what the problem was.  This is very frustrating!

hey i may be able to help you guys...click on the email icon, highlight the date, bb key, options, email settings.....! i hoope that helps...!

If you are signed up on the BIS (www.blackberry.com/go/vzw) you can also perform this action there if you have a log-in and password.  If you do not have one you can contact VZW tech support to have one set up for you.
