I have had a trouble ticket open now since the 13th and they still haven't even looked at it!!
I'm not happy at all about this. They originally told me that I'd have a solution by yesterday (20th) or today (21st).
Any clues why this would happen? Had this same phone and number for almost a year, problem started about three weeks ago. I can make calls just fine, I can receive calls from cell phones with no issues. I cannot receive any calls from landlines.
The error the caller gets is, "you have reached a non-working number, 14 switch 74-51"
