I am currently having some issues with my tour. The screen freezes constantly, I have the clicking issue on the web, the hourglass shows up most of the time. But I have just started having a problem when I go to charge my phone. When I plug the charger in and sit it on the table the phone shuts off and the red indicator light comes on. Sometime the hourglass will appear, but there was one time that a battery with an X in the middle showed up. My husband pluged my phone into his charger, because I thought it may be something with my charger. He was just holding my phone in his hand and it shut off.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why my phone may be doing this???
