Curve 8330C camera or video isn't working!

I get a message of ...."could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." I have taken battery out and it still says same thing. I have only had less than a week and it is my first Blackberry. Any suggestions?

You are not alone.  I have the same phone , same time and am getting the same message today??
