Registered phone successfully, but it will not send or receive text messages.  Voice works fine.  Help.

Hello jkrem,

I know it can be an inconvenience not being able to send or receive text messages. I would recommend you turn off your phone and then turn it back on. If you are still having issues with your device not being able to send or receive messages please let me know the following:

 

What city and state are you located in?

What error are you getting when sending a message? 

Are you having the same difficulty with both text and picture messages?

Can you connect to the internet?
