Just got a new Curve yesterday, Internet worked fine last night after activation, today won't work at all. Cust Serv attmepted to help but said I may have just gotten defective phone...anyone have this problem? Do you have a solution?
Are you getting any type of error message when attempting to browse? Are you able to send/receive MMS? What kind of signal are you getting; 1X, 1XEV or 1xev?
Try doing a battery pull a couple times and *228 option 1. Also you may need your service books resent, Tech Support can help walk you thru this if you don't know how.
