***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Curve Internet Issues

Just got a new Curve yesterday, Internet worked fine last night after activation, today won't work at all.  Cust Serv attmepted to help but said I may have just gotten defective phone...anyone have this problem?  Do you have a solution?

Are you getting any type of error message when attempting to browse? Are you able to send/receive MMS? What kind of signal are you getting; 1X, 1XEV or 1xev?

 

Try doing a battery pull a couple times and *228 option 1. Also you may need your service books resent, Tech Support can help walk you thru this if you don't know how.

If email has stopped check your email settings and make sure that it is not asking for your accounts to be validated first.  If they are OK then definately send your service books. That should start the push for your email.
