My curve is showing that I have an email but when I go to my mailbox, there shows no messages. I even checked my email on my laptop and there is nothing there either. I looked to see if I had a missed call or a voicemail and nothing there. How can I get the email icon to disappear if there is no email waiting?
And that is the million dollar question. Have you cleared out all of your other messages on your "Messages" icon?
Have you removed your battery?
I currently have 2 messages that are new but I cannot find them anywhere and am unable to delete them =(
Wish there was a "sort by read/unread" button.
