I bought the Blackberry Curve 8530 in May 2010 and yesterday it got so hot (felt like it might burn my finger) and then turned off. I took it to the Verizon Wireless store to get some technical support. They said that I would have to get a warranty replacement but Blackberry does not stock Blackberry's in the Verizon stores. Because they do not have any and it has to come from the warehouse I now have to be without a phone for almost 4 days. This is ridiculous to be without any sort of phone for that period of time, what if there is an emergency and I need to get in touch with someone? Blackberry should either stock phones in the store or they should have some sort of compensation for those customers who are without a phone for a period of several days. Not only am I without a phone but without email, phone numbers, my calendar of appointments and everything. I really like my Blackberry but this sort of service makes me want to get a new phone other than a Blackberry. Please evaluate your stocking to increase your customer service. Thank You.
