Downloading contacts from the online Backup Assistant to Blackberry handset?

Does anyone know how to download my contacts from the Backup Assistant on My Verizon to my handset?

You can't.  Backup Assistant is only for "dumb phones".  You will have to enter them all by hand, or sync your handset to Outlook.
