Dropped Phone

Last night I dropped my BB Storm and damaged the outer black casing pretty good but the phone is still working great. Has anyone ever sent ther phone back to RIM for a cosmetic repair.....I went to my Verizon Store and was told they really don't get involved in sending phones back for these reasons...

Verizon will not fix a cosmetic repair but your isurance will if you have that on your phone. It wil cost you fifty bucks though. I would say if its not broke dont fix it.
