Email delay after Curve OS Upgrade

I recently upgraded the OS on my Curve to the latest 4.5 version that VZW is pushing out.  Since upgrading, I have noticed a delay in receiving new email over the air.  The delay is about 5 to 10 minutes.  Prior to the OS upgrade I often received email messages on my Curve before they reached my Outlook on my computer at work.

We are using Exchange 2007 and also the Blackberry Professional software to handle corporate email.

I'd like to restore my Blackberry OS to the version I was using prior to the upgrade, but can't seem to find any download files for previous OS versions.  Or I would like to know if there's some sort fix that can correct the email delay issue.

Check in with your IT administrator. If you're company is using BES (Blackberry Enterprise Solution) then you'll need to speak to them to have your service books resent and do some troubleshooting. Also, if needed they can help you roll back the OS.
