Facebook Application

I downloaded the new v1.6 Facebook application and now, in the options area, there is a line through the check box for Blackberry Calendar application and Blackberry Contact application and I am unable to change it. The Message application is open for me to change.

 

The previous version allowed the integration of the two applications. The Message application is checked and the Update existing photos is check but also has a line through the box.

 

What happened? Could it be the company Enterprise server blocking these?

Sounds like the new Facebook app just isn't 100% compatible.  Have you tried contacting Facebook?

I'm using the new version on my Storm which is not on a BES with no problems. I have a friend who's using it on his Curve which is on a BES. He doesn't seem to have any problems. However, it may be that the permissions or restrictions his company is using are different.
