When you  go to general settings, what is content compression, and content protection? I have content compression enabled & content protection disabled, strength strong, include contacts NO, is this Correct?

If I remember correctly, that is a policy that can be enforced on the BES. If you aren't on a BES, you don't have to worry about it.
