When I try to use my Groupon app on my Blackberry Storm2 it tells me "No network connection is available. Please turn on the mobile or wi-fi connections."
When I go to manage connections, they are on. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I have turned my connections on and off. I’ve pulled my battery to reboot.
It used to work with problems as recently as two weeks ago. My friend who also has a this phone on Verizon is having the same issue.
Anyone have any suggestions?
