HELP ON BOGO DEAL FOR THE STORM 2!!!!!!!!

I have an upgrade available and my cousin wants to leave tmobile and we want to get the storm 2 for both of us can we do it him opening a line and me upgrading to get the BOGO deal i would really like some help today cuz i really want them today.
