Having Problems with Backup Assistant with BlackBerry Storm 9530

I saw an earlier post about this problem and it was never resolved. I have updated my phone (dialed *228, option 2), deleted Backup Assistant and then reloaded it on my BlackBerry Storm. Still have this problem:
I am getting the following error:
Error starting syncclient_ba_bb9530:
Symbol 'BlackberryPIM.openUnifiedPIMList' not found.
I do not need to know about any other backup programs through Google or Outlook - Verizon offers this product and it should WORK. It worked just fine with my Blackberry Curve so I want to know how to get all of my contacts over to my Storm.
