Help...I did the pull battery.

I took the battery out this morning and the phone has yet to reboot. I have this white screen with a little black square in the middle. From time to time the screen will go black and a red light in the right top corner lites up but then it goes back to the white screen.

Pull the battery again. If it doesnt do it after  that. Call tech support. They will have you do a master reset im sure but Im not posting that on here. If that doesnt fix it they will repace the phone hopefully
