Help with bluetooth (Blackberry Curve)

I just purchased the Jabra wave bluetooth with the understanding that it will ring with custom ringtones. If this is true how do I make it do it? My phone rings but while my bluetooth is on I want my phone on silent and still know who is calling. It just beeps at me. :smileysad:
