Got an email this morning that said emails would no longer be forwarded to my Blackberry until I validated my password. Went to email settings to do this but since I've forgotten my password, I'm stuck. I called Blackberry RIM and got absolutely no where after three calls. They finally told me to contact Verizon. I have my PIN number but no clue where to start to getting my previous password reset.
And and all help will be appreciated.
