IT Policy does not allow downloading third party applications

I recently just bought a blackberry online, and set everything up, but I get this message each time I try to download any apps even the verizon apps.  I am very new to the blackberry world, and would like to know if anyone knows how to change this?

Thanks

To remove the IT policy:

plug in blackberry to computer
open up command prompt (start->run->cmd)
type cd c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
push enter
type LOADER.exe /resettofactory
push enter

This will wipe the phone, put back on the latest installed OS, and remove the IT policy.

Otherwise, take it to VZW and have them reset if they are able to.

If your do the afore mentioned. You will probably need to reregister your device after it reboots. To do this:

Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu(Blackberry)button>Register Now

Once finished you should see a message that your device has been registered on the network.

Good Luck...Hope this helps.

Regards, Michael

P.S. This will wipe your phone clean i.e. contacts, music, pics, etc. etc...
