I am currently on my second phone because of this issue. What is happening is that when ever I try to get on my visual voice mail or verizon tones I get a message like this, " The application vvmail_9530 has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy." I have already returned a phone thanks to this issue. I don't want to return yet another one because of the same thing. I have tried everything I could find on the internet as well as what verizon tried with me over the phone. The wierd thing is that the last phone this issue happened imidiately, with this one it took a week, so I believe there has to be fix out there for this issue. So hopefully the gods here a verizon, have come up with a solution to this issue!
