I will be traveling to England next week. However, I have a BB 8330 (curve) and I need to know if I can use it outside of the US and Canada. If not, any ideas as to what I can do.

Don't think the Curve can. Call customer service. You may be able to put it on a international plan and still dial out.
The United Kingdom is GSM only. Your Curve 8330 is CDMA only. So unfortunately your device will not function at all while in England. You would need a global capable phone like the 8830 World Edition, Tour or Storm.
