Jabra Cruiser HFS001 will not sync music from BlackBerry Curve 9330

hello everyone,

 

recently purchased blackberry 9330 and am finding out it will not sync and play my music from the blackberry.  i can receive calls ok, but music not playing.  did not have problems with previous cell phone LG ENv3.  bluetooth is Jabra Cruiser HFS001. any ideas welcomed.

Greetings MARCUSAURELIUS! (Wow... just typing that makes me feel as if I should be using Shakespearian mannerisms!) Thanks for sharing your concerns about your BlackBerry Curve's music playing capability. That model of Curve actually can support multiple music formats , including .mp3, .m4a, .wma, and .wav. In order to help determine why your music will not play, you may want to first confirm that the selections are of the supported format. If they are supported, you may want to also confirm that they're not subject to DRM content protection.
