All,
I recently purchased a BlackBerry Storm 9530 and had it sent up to me here in Alaska. I normally spend my time in Florida, but I do spend a lot of time in Alaska. This is all besides the point. I was able to activate the voice portion by entering the CDMA Service Edit Screen. However, I am still unable to download my service books or activate any of my other data functions. While voice and texting work just fine and dandy; what's the point in owning a Storm if I can't unleash its fury?
Anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Hello Lynch,
Hopefully we'll get it going. Try this.
Option>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu(Blackberry)button>Register Now
Once this is done you should receive a message indicating that your device has been registered.
Try this if you haven't already and let me know the results please.
Regards, Michael

I really wanted you to be able to utilize that device to it's full capabilities. I think it is an amazing piece of hardware. I can only think that in time you will.
PM my account if there is anything else I can do.
Regards, Michael
