I was asked to download update to my mifi2200. I did so a few days back and now it won't let me connect. I talked to someone at Verizon at a store and she said it would be alright to do it, Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem? Can I just take it out and put it back in? or do I need to take it to Verizon and have them do it?
Would appreciate any input/
