Missing pics & sounds

I just got a regular phone and took the memory card from my BB Pearl into the cell phone and.......no pics or all the ringtones I have saved comes up on the phone.  But when I put the card back into the BB they are all there.  Am I missing something?  How can i get all those ringtones and pics onto my new phone?
