My Blackberry storm is not recognized by the Desktop and I can not sync.

I have a Blackberry Storm and using Desktop 4.7.032 and on my Blackberry device I have 4.7.0.75.  The device is not connecting to the desktop either with the direct USB and it will  not allow me to use the bluetooth to connect.

 

What do I need to do?
