My Curve won't make or recieve calls

Help!!!  My Curve will not make or recieve calls, I can send texts, but not recieve them, however  I can still access the web.  Everytime I try to make a call I get a message saying "call cannot be completed...call fading"  I havee tried to reboot the phone by taking out the battery, but nothing seems to work.

Does this occur everywhere or only in one location?

It just started last night, so I'm not sure about the location having to do with the problems.  I'm on hold with tech support now...keeping my fingers crossed.

After rebooting and having to manually reprogram my phone, tech support was able to help and my phone is now working!!

Do you have an Alltel plan? My phone if I have to reset i have to manually set up the phone as OTZ will not work.
