My house is a deadzone for Verizon. 2 kids have vrrizon and I just purchased BB Tour. Needed Network Extendor to get reliable coverage in house. Unit set up and connected easily 1st day and worked well for all units. My 2 normal cell phones continue to work well on day 2 but BB Tour will not reconnect when I returned home from work. #48 message (used to verify if connected to Network register says can not complete call (no double beeps). Also, no other VZW call commands will work either (ie*228 for roaming/connection issues).I have replaced NE 2x and BB Tour once. Same issue when new tour, fine day 1, no connection when return home day 2. Phone only recognizes towers and not NE. Help!! Thx
