New Phone and Texts

I just purchased a new Blackberry Bold and I am not getting my Text messages as before.  I switched from ATT so what do I need to do?

I'm guessing you ported your number over from at&t? It could take up to 48 hours to completely transfer the number over to Verizon

Yes, patience is the key. It may take a day or two for everything to be functioning properly. And if it isn't after a couple of days, then call CS and have them check the status of your account - there may be something they can do to finish the port process.
