1) How do I download music & pics from a mac. Read 2 posts, still confused. My Storm did not appear as a removable drive.

Your Storm should appear as a removable drive, two of them in fact (the device and the memory card). You might check your Finder prefs to see what it thinks it ought to display. Alternatively, you can take the memory card out and put it in a card reader and accessit that way. You should be keeping your music and pictures on the card anyway.
You can can move icons by highlighting them, using the Blackberry (menu) key and selecting move. Then tap where you want it to go. Then press the back key and select Complete Move.
To delete an app, select Options>Advanced Options>Applications. Select the app you want to delete, press the Blackberry key and choose delete.
