I am attempting to get a remote BBCurve user (re)activated with our enterprise server and they get "No Service Connection available" message. They are able to use the phone with no problem.
They were activated and working and synced with the Exchange server here through BB Professional Software but overnight they lost it and now get this "No Service Connection" message.
Is it possible that they have service for voice but not for data?
