This started last week, randomly people would tell me that I sounded muffled. I was traveling so I assumed it had something to do with signal strength. Yesterday I was told I was muffled and again today. So I tried a few things, soft reset (battery pull), hard reset (backed up data, did handheld wipe and then restored) After the hard reset you can't hear me at all. I can hear people perfectly fine. I don't have a bluetooth so that I can see if I can hear that way and because I don't have a landline I can't call Verizon until tomorrow when I'm in the office. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
