I think the subject says it all, get to gettin on releasing OS 5 for the tour.  why is it that Verizon just doesn't "get it", take care of the phone you already sold people, then worry about the future suckers that buy from you.

They do get it. They will release it, but only on their terms once it's ready. All the whining and complaining in the world won't change that. So wait for it.
