Any change Verizon can get there act together and give people an idea as to when they will release the next OS for the Blackberry Storm? Everyone who has one wants to know, and so many people are switching phones due to lack of information.
And with all these fancy ads they are spending money on seems like they would want to make user happy.
So Verizon please let us know.

Verizon doesn't come up with the software updates, the manufacturer does. Talk to RIM.
I hope you are not in customer service because your attitude isn't in check with what it should be. Verizon had the ultimate decision to release a phone that was not ready for the market. Finishing touches could have been added but Verizon decided to rush the phone to market. The same goes with the operating system releases since Verizon could decide to jump on any one of these, even if it's only an interim release. I was finally pushed to Verizon due to the problems I had with Sprint and the Storm was the final push I needed. In the end I wish I jumped on the crapple bandwagon and went to AT$T with an Iphone. They all seem to be happy with those even though they act like a bunch of little kids in a candy shop.
